DESCRIPTION:
The spacious and luxuriously equipped Private Villa is situated on the Western coast of Brac island in the picturesque bay of the magnificent beauty. It is made of natural materials of wood and stone.
The whole property is located on a cape, between two bays and surrounded by sea on three sides and has lovely panoramic views of the bay. It is surrounded with a huge private terraced garden and terraces with sea view, set in 2.500 square metres and filled with the scent of Mediterranean fruits and plants.
The beautiful and large swimming pool (13 m x 5,5 m) is a property of the villa, containing also the chairs for relaxation.
The villa has cca 180 m2 and accommodates 8 persons is 4 double bedrooms.
You enter the house directly in the spacious air-conditioned living/dining area with Fire place, Digital Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player with Radio receiver, big sofa and armchairs, little tables as well as a dining table.
Large windows and glass doors provides a splendid sea view and access to the covered terrace and garden area.
The wooden staircase leads you up from the living area to the big gallery which overlooks the living/dining room below.
The gallery has a writing-desk and Internet access. Also, you can find a sofa, little table and chairs with lots of books and magazines. Floor covering: Cotto, Stone, Marble, Wood.
From the living/kitchen area is direct access to the large covered terrace which has a splendid sea views, BBQ quarter and outdoor dining table with chairs for outdoor meals.
Sleeping in Villa is split into 2 separate units with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
At a lower level which you enter from the covered terrace, you can also find a place with sofa and chairs, little tables, Satellite TV, CD player/Radio receiver and smaller Kitchen with Cooker, Fridge, Micro Wave, Toaster and Espresso machine.
Lower part of the house is usually rented as Apartment, as it has its own terraced garden with beautiful Sea view, lots of privacy, deck chairs and little tables, outside shower and the natural stone dining table with chairs.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the owner.
The villa can be rented as a whole property or just a part of the house.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday or Sunday. The other dates can be settled on request.

Smoking: Not allowed in the house.
Security Deposit: The following amount must be made on arrival: 500 EUR.

The beautiful swimming pool is located in the south part of the property, surrounded by stone terrace and Mediterranean garden with a view at the sea and romantic village in the foot of the bay.
By the pool, you can find sunbeds, parasols, little tables, chairs, separate toilet in a little cottage and an outside shower. Also, there is a BBQ quarter with natural stone table for special moments and a fridge for cold drinks.
