AMAZING LOCATION SOAKED IN LUXURY
Korcula is one of the most beautiful and largest of thousands islands in Croatia. Nature has endowed the island with clean and crystal clear sea. Precisely in that place, on the most beautiful part of the island of Korcula we built for You a beautiful luxury villa, in order to provide the most memorable time to our guests.
Villa extends to 20 000 m2 of land whose vegetation provides an exceptional feeling of the presence of nature. Position along the beach and crystal sea gives you an opportunity for relaxation and entertainment in every form. Amazing nature and design of villa offer a unique vacation. With the sheer size and luxury, villa can be used for business gatherings, unique familiar gatherings, romantic getaways etc.
Our guests enjoy their evenings staying at the terrace and immersing into the nature, surrounded by the sea and stars.
For the more adventurous guests, we can provide the use of our motor boat (at extra cost) for daily trips to the nearby islands like Hvar (about 30 minutes cruising) or Mljet.
VILLA DETAILS
LIVING AND DINING AREA
The main living room is on the first floor with a glass frontage and ceiling providing uninterrupted views over the Adriatic with the garden and pool immediately in front. The additional living room is on the ground floor together with one bedroom. The first floor living area has a dining table under the glass roof and the lounge area is equipped with wide screen TV, DVD and sound system.
Kitchen is situated in staff block and is excellently equipped.
BEDROOMS
Vila has 4 double bedrooms for the guests and separate staff block with two bedrooms. All rooms have bathrooms with jacuzzi and shower. Three guests rooms have sea view and one room has the view on beautiful garden.
OUTDOOR AREA
Sun terraces and the barbecue area overlook the sea. The terraces have 550 m2 and are equipped with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. Swimming pool of 100 m2 had the heating and it is 2.6 m deep on the area for the jumping to the swimming pool.
Garage can take two cars.
