REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The guests are asked to provide 3000 eur on arrival in cash (refundable on the check out day).

NOTES:
- The change day is Saturday, check in at 16:00, check out at 10:00.
- Guests are asked for a refundable 3000 eur deposit at check-in. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay if the villa is left in good condition and there is no breakage or damage to in the indoors or outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed
- No smoking allowed in the villa.
- The villa uses solar power, generator, private gas pipeline and fresh water cisterns. The robust solar system supplies electricity to the property. Small wattage appliances are powered by large capacity batteries, while high wattage appliances are directly powered by an automatic generator for daytime use.
Villa Brac 5 is secluded Mediterranean villa in stunning setting on a shoreline peninsula, lapped by the Adriatic sea of Duboka Bay on three sides. This private sanctuary impresses with her elegance, breathtaking sun,sea and nightscapes, amazing swimming pool environment and true stress-free atmosphere.
Surrounded by stone privacy walls and the sea, the property spans over four thousand square meters of landscaped garden, natural design sea-water pool, olive groves, fruit orchards, herb gardens and Mediterranean flowers - all in a setting with 180 degree panoramic sea views.
Traditional stone is used throughout to create cool, light, welcoming interiors, combined with thoughtfully positioned sun terraces and shaded dining verandas to optimize outdoor living, entertaining and enjoyment of the wonderful sea, sun and nightscapes.
The intimate beauty of the natural environment, the relaxing, open design, the comfort of the living spaces and the care and attention to each guest makes the villa a very special and truly unrivaled experience.
The villa sleeps 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in two private buildings - the main villa and the stone cottage with multiple terraces, kitchens indoor and out and all the amenities for a care-free, pampered holiday.
A short walk through the garden on three sides brings guests to the sea.
THE MAIN HOUSE:
- 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms
The main house is on one level, with two suites and all living areas and bedrooms opening out onto terraces with sea views. The kitchen is well-equipped for gourmet cooking with dining area that opens out to a lovely outdoor dining terrace. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen with large stone barbecue area and additional utility kitchen with washing machine. Poolside and seaside terraces are furnished with lounge chairs
Master Suite, opening onto veranda and terrace, has a sitting area, king size bed in large bedroom and en suite shower room.
Double floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a large covered veranda (with double bed for comfortable lounging or sleeping) and 180 degree sea and garden views.
Lavender Suite, with adjoining veranda, has two bedrooms, one with queen size bed, the other with double bed. These two rooms share a large bathroom with separate toilet plus private east facing veranda that catches the morning sun and cooling afternoon shade.
PRIVATE GUEST COTTAGE
The pretty guest cottage features a charming galleried double bedroom. A day bed downstairs provides a comfortable sitting area or can be used to sleep one more person. The cottage has a separate shower room with toilet. And of course it opens onto shaded south facing veranda with magnificent views over the gardens, pool and sea beyond.
Private Infrastructure
The villa has a small environmental footprint with its own infrastructure using solar power, generator, private gas pipeline and fresh water cisterns.
The robust solar system supplies electricity to the property. All lights, appliances and power outlets are powered by large capacity batteries, with the exception of large appliances such as air conditioning, washing machine, dish washer, electric ovens, coffee machines and other high wattage appliances. These high wattage appliances are directly powered by an automatic generator for daytime use.
The villa is fully equipped with appliances, guests are not permitted to bring high wattage electrical devices to the villa.
